This programme shall emphasize upon the first level of basic communicative competence in Chinese writing, speaking and listening. Reading, hearing, understanding and writing skills shall be developed. Along with the practice of Chinese language structures, their application in authentic situations shall be dealt with.

Eligibility: S.S.C. / I.C.S.E. / C.B.S.E. i.e. Certificate of having cleared the 10th Standard Examination recognised by this University.
